I'm a Technical Support Engineer at a managed service provider in the United States. I'm moving toward automation work, and right now I'm studying for CompTIA A+ Core 2, with Power Platform Fundamentals and Network+ next.

I built the tools I have on this site to help study and they have worked quite well for me. I hope that if you are studying for a cert, whether you're trying to break into tech or you've been at it for quite a while, that my tools will help you get that cert you've been eyeing. When you're just getting started everyone wants to sell you something and that's why these tools are free.
